Q.Do you have insurance?

A. Yes we have Public Liability Insurance and Employer’s Liability Insurance which is fit for purpose.

Q. Have you been established for a long time?

A. Yes, we have provided a professional cleaning service to domestic and commercial customers as well as healthcare providers, dentists and the NHS since 2008.

Q. Is a long term contract required?

A. No. We can provide you with an agreement which is tailored to your requirements.

Q. What areas do you cover?

A. We cover Stirling, Falkirk and Alloa as well as all the surrounding areas across Forth Valley as well as Central Scotland including the surrounding areas.

Q.We would need you to be “key holders” and be familiar with our alarm system. Would this be acceptable?

A. Yes. Several of our contracts have this system of entry and exit. Your codes and keys will be safeguarded.

Q.We would require a waste management system to be put in place. Is this possible.

A. Yes. It is expected that your cleaning provider should put this is place.

Q.How can you ensure the standards won’t fall once you have started.

A. We ensure that each cleaner is competent for the cleaning services required and is supported and adequately trained to deliver a cleaning service which is second to none. We also provide a comprehensive health and safety training programme to ensure the cleaner, customer and customer’s premises are kept safe at all times.

Q. Can you supply the consumables we may require for washrooms, kitchens and waste disposal.

A. Yes, this is a service we include in your cleaning contract, if required.

Q. We only require a few hours cleaning each week. Can you help?

A. Yes. We provide cleaners for small, medium and large businesses.

Q. How can I set up a cleaning agreement?

We will promptly get back to you to discuss your cleaning requirements and arrange to make a visit to see what is required and put in place a cleaning specification which is tailored to your individual requirements.

Q. Do I get the same cleaner every time?

A. If you prefer the same cleaner, we will try where possible to ensure this is done, however, due to staff holidays, sickness and time off, we will have more than one cleaner trained on your property and familiar with your individual requirements.

Q. Do you have insurance?

A. Yes. We have bother Employer’s Liability Insurance and Public Liability Insurance.

Q. Are you part of a franchise or cleaner’s agency?

A. No we are a privately owned company and the cleaners are employed by us. We are responsible for their well being.

Q. Are your staff vetted?

A. Yes. Our staff go through an initial telephone interview and if appropriate this is followed up by a face to face interview. If they are suitable for the post available we take references, photographic ID, 2 forms of written identification as well as their National Insurance Number and Bank details.

Q. Can the clean be done when I am not there?

A. Yes. We offer a key holding service and complete a safety check on your property before leaving. All keys are kept safe under our care.

Q.What payment methods do you offer?

A. You can pay be standing order or electronically once the clean is completed. However if you are unable to pay online you can pay by cheque or cash if necessary.

Q. Can you change beds and do washing and ironing?

A. Yes. We offer a complete cleaning service when required.

Q. Is this a discrete service?

A. Yes. This is a professional cleaning service and our staff sign client confidentiality agreements.

Q. My property is very small, can you still provide a cleaning service?

A. Yes, we offer cleaning services to small, one bedroom apartments as well as large properties.

Q. Do you do a pre-clean tidy?

A. Yes, today in this busy world many of our customers don’t have much time available. We can ensure that everything is put away in the correct place, if required before cleaning begins.

Q. Do you supply the cleaning materials and equipment?

A. Yes, however, if you prefer we can use the products that you have in your own home.

Q. Do you clean inside appliances such as fridge / freezers and microwaves during a regular clean or is this a deep clean.

A. Yes we clean inside appliances during regular cleans, we are happy to keep everything up to date.

Q. My relative is elderly, blind and housebound, do you offer cleaning for vulnerable people.

A. Yes. We take special care when cleaning for vulnerable customers. We have checking systems in place to ensure the safety of the customer comes first. We also take emergency contact details incase an emergency arises.
